Managing Your Time Wisely with One-on-One Coaching

Unlike management consulting firms, and career counselors, The Growth Coach® provides one-on-one, face-to-face coaching for those clients that require additional support and follow-up. All one-on-one clients like the privacy and frequency of these individualized sessions. Business owners, franchisees, executives, and self-employed professionals regularly feel overwhelmed, alone, and out of control. All too frequently they are uncomfortable or feel too vulnerable to seek support from spouses, peers, co-workers or anyone else they know. 

However, they still need a channel through which they can express their frustrations and begin to move past them. They need someone who can help them see the reality of a situation, provide an objective perspective and help them uncover their options and identify the best possible solution. We will be that objective resource. We will act as a sounding board, a confidant, and a mentor. With strategic planning steps we will help our clients define their situation, set and achieve their goals and balance their lives.  One-on-one coaching supports our clients in managing their time wisely to get the most of the program in the most efficient manner.

One-on-one coaching is typically in person and, as needed, can be followed up via phone or e-mail. However, all one-on-one coaching will start with a face-to-face meeting, which is the beginning of a relationship building process. The process is tailored to meet the clients’ individual requirements. One-on-one coaching can be scheduled for once a month, twice a month or if you prefer on a weekly basis. Our one-on-one coaching requires a retainer and we offer hourly rates or fixed monthly fees, with each session typically lasting 1 to 2 hours.  Managing time wisely is an important key to success, and our one-on-one coaching is the most time efficient way for you to get the support you need to break through to a new level of performance.
